Now anything that allows us to express ourselves or to be heard in an effort to do better and be better, well, that is therapeutic…
Today is the day we step out of our comfort zone and into our creative own. That’s right, we are going to claim that urge that stirs something inside of us and makes us want to do a different thing. In this moment we stop running from what scares us and embrace what we care about. It’s where we begin to share all of the joys and adventures of rambling and the gifts of healing it provides.
Your ramble may not be like mine and that is perfectly fine. Do it how you do it, because that is how the healing happens. It can be in your home town cafe doing spoken word or in a far away city tasting local cuisine, in the desert where you dreamed of riding camels, or laid out on black sand beaches still unknown to most of the world.
The fabulousness of Ramble Therapy is that you create and dictate every aspect of it. From how much you do to how much you tell about it. This thing right here is the epitome of excitedly going with the ebb and flow of life and on top of that, we get to do it together. So, let’s go get it!
